Hygiene and disinfection protocol

The safety of clients and workers is paramount for Ocean Suites. That is why we have tightened our cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols, taking all precautions.

Cleaning and hygiene measures in the apartments

● After the departure of each client, all the spaces of each apartment are ventilated, cleaned and disinfected in detail. 

● We work with the most effective disinfectants and biocides on the market, recommended by experts. 

● Throughout the process, special attention is paid to frequently touched surfaces: switches, knobs, knobs, taps, buttons, bells, hangers, doorknobs, keys … 

● Textiles for personal use, such as towels and bedding, are washed at 60ºC and with a special program for a longer duration. 

● For textiles such as carpets, sofas and curtains, a disinfectant spray included in the list of virucidal products approved by the Government of Spain is used. 

● We have placed waterproof pillowcases to protect them and avoid possible sources of infection. 

● Cleaning staff work with disposable gloves. He washes his hands when entering the apartment and after cleaning. 

● The maintenance and cleaning staff will not provide services in the apartments while the client remains inside, unless there is just cause for doing so. 

Prevention measures in the check-in process

● The check-in process is carried out through tablets that are properly disinfected after each use to avoid contact through office supplies. 

● The keys to the apartments are disinfected every day.

● The deposit of the apartments will be made by bank transfers so as not to manage cash. 

Personal recommendations to follow

Following the regulations and recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of Spain, during your stay you must take the following into account: 

● If you need to cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with the inside of your elbow or with a single-use tissue.
