Reservations can be canceled up to 30 days before the reserved date without any penalty, the full amount of the reservation and the deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 72 hours. Some banks may take a little longer to complete transfers.

If for any reason the reservation is canceled in the 29 days prior to the reservation, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be returned together with 100% of the deposit, within a maximum period of 72 hours.

The non-presentation of the guests on the check-in date will entail the non-refund of the reservation amount, only 100% of the deposit will be returned.

Similarly, if guests leave before the end of the reserved days, the amount will not be refunded.

Yes, all the apartments are exactly the same, they include the same number of guests (6 guests), furniture and equipment. Just as an exception we have an extra apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 more people (total of 8 guests) but in the same location and situation.

No. For us it is very important to protect the rest of our guests, so parties or noises that may disturb the peace of the neighbors during rest hours are prohibited.

It is not necessary, our apartments have blankets, sheets and towels for each guest. At the time of check-in, the apartments will have been dressed in clean and disinfected clothing.

No. The apartments are delivered with all clean and disinfected clothes and have their own washing machine and clothesline, so that the guests themselves can wash it when they deem it appropriate. In the event that the reservation exceeds the week, an extra set will be provided.

Yes, although the supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car, for example the Mercadona supermarket has a delivery service to our apartments.
